Harrison-Chevalier , Inc., operated under a contract, working under Dr. Karrass's mentorship, traveling around the world, working with clients, and companies from every business and professional sector, allowed me to experience first-hand the dynamics of the Karrass Effective Negotiation Framework . This was invaluable in not only shaping my professional career but also opened my eyes to the vast insights and resources beyond Karrass.

Meet The Founder

Derrick Chevalier

As the Executive Vice-President of Harrison-Chevalier, Inc., I lead a team of negotiation consultants and trainers who help clients achieve their goals in various domains, such as procurement, sales, real estate, finance, engineering, and project management. We use the CNS Negotiation Continuum, a universal framework that adapts to any type of negotiation, from simple transactions to complex multilateral issues.

I have over 22 years of experience in negotiation consulting, training, mediation, and coaching, and I hold certifications in mediating disputes from Harvard Law School, degrees in Political Science/Pre-Law Speech Communication/Theatre Arts from University of Southern California, and a Masters From Western Washington University. I am passionate about sharing my insights and expertise with diverse audiences, and empowering them to achieve the 'highest and best possible outcomes' using CNS negotiation skill, persuasion and influence.
