Meet The Founder

Derrick Chevalier

As the Executive Vice-President of Harrison-Chevalier, Inc., Derrick leads a team of negotiation consultants and trainers who help clients exceed their goals in various domains such as procurement, sales, real estate, finance, law, politics, international relations, engineering, and project management. He is the founder and architect  of H-C's proprietary Comprehensive Negotiating Strategies Framework (CNSUF)™, arguably the most important advancement in negotiation strategy and thinking in the past 60 years.

With over 25 years of experience in negotiation training, consulting, coaching and mediation, Derrick holds certification in mediation from Harvard Law School, a masters, and BA degrees in Political Science/Pre-Law Speech Communication/Theatre Arts from USC. He is also a veteran of the USMC.

Derrick is passionate about sharing his insights and expertise with diverse audiences, and empowering them to achieve the 'highest and best possible outcomes' using CNSUF™ strategies, skills, persuasion and influence.
